Data Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and Turia is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Access Controls
Role-based access controls ensure team members see only what they need. Firm administrators control permissions for each user and module.
Cloud Infrastructure
Turia runs on secure cloud infrastructure with regular automated backups. Your data is not stored on local devices — it lives in managed, redundant cloud storage.
Regular Backups
Your firm's data is backed up regularly. In the event of an incident, we maintain the ability to restore data from recent snapshots.
Multi-user Firm Isolation
Each CA firm's data is logically isolated. A user from one firm cannot access another firm's clients, tasks, or documents.
Security Notifications
We notify firm administrators of unusual access patterns and provide activity logs so you can monitor who accessed what.

Data hosted in India
Turia's cloud infrastructure is hosted in data centers that meet the requirements for storing sensitive business and financial data for Indian firms.
No sale of client data
We do not sell, rent, or share your firm's client data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data, your control
You can export your firm's data at any time. If you decide to leave Turia, we will help you export everything before your account is closed.
Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a potential security vulnerability in Turia, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please report it to us privately before making it public so we can investigate and address it promptly.
Send security reports to kavin.raj@turia.in. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and will work with you to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as possible.
